The Avenue Guesthouse and Gallery (previously Forgotten Seasons Bed and Breakfast) was built in 1738 as Jacob Huber’s Tavern. Our guesthouse is nestled next to beautiful Warwick Township Linear Park, featuring a walking and biking trail leading to a quiet wooded path in one direction and to charming and historic downtown Lititz in the other direction (Lititz has been listed in multiple publications as one of America’s "coolest" small towns).
The Avenue Guesthouse offers a step into 18th century architecture with a relaxed, fresh twist. A few changes have been made since Count Zinzendorf visited in 1742. We offer a self-serve complimentary continental breakfast in our casual cafe featuring light, local fare and always coffee, tea, water, juice, soft drinks and light snacks, in addition to an optional $20 (per night) breakfast certificate (by choosing our "Breakfast Abroad" package), so that you can enjoy one of our many local cafes and restaurants. You may choose to relax in our gallery in the evening with a complimentary glass of wine while admiring the rotating artwork from our local emerging artists of the month. You may even catch us on one of our charity weekend event nights, featuring performances from local, emerging musicians. Join us for a unique experience in Lititz...a horse and buggy gracefully trotting by and maybe a glimpse of a performing artist visiting Rock Lititz all in the same day.
